I doubt there's many of you who will view this posting, but for those who do I wanted to share my mom's final destination at Forest Lawn Mortuary in Cypress, California. The holiday season has been very lonely without having her apart of our family. We obviously miss her and as of now, time has not healed the grief.

It's very beautiful. Thank you for sharing it. I think of you all everyday and I pray for you all everyday too. I feel as if you are just a few spots ahead of me in a line I don't want to be in. I am looking forward to the flowers that we planted that will bloom in the spring. God Bless you all and my heart aches for your loss. Laura Emmerling from Saint John's
perhaps more visit than you know...
Through this blog, I have gotten to know your mother in a ~ special way ~ that our few visits only shed a spec of light on. Our conversations and the emails were just beginning a kinship.
Your mother was always kind to me and was as interested in me as she was interesting! I was greatly saddend by this shortened relationship. I would not try to imagine how all of you must feel. I am grateful for each day I get to spend with my amazing parents!
Hopefully, our family can reconnect once again.
May God comfort you with your memories.
Sincerly, Bev
I still check the blog as it's a way for me to hold on to Joan and the rest of you. I'm glad to see it this evening. I continue to pray and keep all of you in my thoughts and prayers. Joan is in all our hearts and will be there forever. My love to all of you.
Sincerely, Carolyn Katz (Johnson)
I remember Joannie as a beautiful woman, inside and out. Though only a child, I could tell that she was a loving person, possibly the most outwardly loving person I've ever met.
