Mom Hanging In There
9/19/07 posted by Andrea: Mom got her greatest wish today when Matt changed his travel plans and flew out earlier than his previous flight plans. The smile on her face when he walked into that room was beautiful to behold. We are adjusting her meds as necessary when directed by the hospice nurse and the "unit" of family feels complete. We are a team: united in history and love with a dedicated focus on making Mom as comfortable as possible. We all all worn out but grateful that we are all together.

Dearest Joanie and Family,
Our thoughts and prayers are with you as we keep abreast of your daily condition. It's wonderful that Matt was able to change his travel plans and is now with the family.
May you find comfort in knowing that you have an "army" of family and friends that are burning up Heaven's highway with prayers and best wishes for you and the family. I'm sure that the angel's are having a hard time keeping up with the mass amount that is coming in!! :)
